It is the most beautiful shade of pale gold. My husband and I cos-played for our BATB movie viewing, and I wore it to Disney for May's Dapper Day. On both occasions I received many compliments, and was asked to take photos. It really is the most lovely dress, a must have for any true Beauty and the Beast fan. I love this dress so much.

It fits well, I ordered a size 16 I'm 5'11 210lbs. The detail is great, perfect for a short ballgown look and very poofy. The color is similar to the picture. I was nervous the crinoline would be uncomfortable or scratchy but it's not. Incredibly pleased with the dress, I'm excited to wear it to my shower.

I think with a little less toile underneath you could get away wearing it to a wedding! I think it runs a bit smaller than normal with Torrid dresses.

It made me feel so gorgeous. The downside is that some of the seams were loose when I got it, so I had to hand-sew some of them together. It's so delicate that I didn't feel comfortable enough to use a sewing machine. Nobody noticed unless I showed them. Sure, it's an expensive dress and it shouldn't need repairs right away, but it's also factory made... I kind of expected to need to do some. Plus, reviews here and on Hot Topic's website both helped me know what other people had issues with so that I was able to work with those as well. The dress also is very poofy, so if you don't like that, then you won't want this exact one. But I personally love it so, so much! ^.^

I have had at least four chances to wear this dress out and every single time I have been stopped and complimented multiple times. So far my favorite has been someone who asked where the closest library was. I love how poofy the skirt is and find myself twirling around in it constantly. After I saw the movie for the first time, my best friend made me get up and dance with him while they were playing the song Beauty and the Beast during the credits. It made me feel like I had stepped out of the movie, and I loved how the skirt twirled out around me. It is a beautiful design and I love how it makes me feel.

Disney usually runs a little small so we ordered a size too big but it was fine because the back has laces so we can tighten and loosen as needed. It is also gorgeous! It has lace and tool. It look cool when you spin too!

It is even floofier in real life, which I love, there is just so much crinoline under there! The material is really nice, and the yellow is a really nice buttery color that even looks good on an olive-skinned person like me.
